These terms are between you and Primortul LLC (“Primortul,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using any product or service offered by Primortul, including Seven by Tangram, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Primortul develops, operates, and sells digital products including micro-SaaS software tools, digital publications, and related intellectual property. Primortul LLC also operates Seven by Tangram, an AI connector for women founders at tangrm.com/seven and textseven.com. Access to specific products may be governed by additional terms provided at the time of purchase or subscription.
Certain products require payment or an active subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation policies, are specified per product.
All content, code, designs, and materials provided by Primortul are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Primortul provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
Primortul LLC runs two text message programs. Each sends messages only to people who opted in to that program.
Description: Operational alerts and two-way text messages between Primortul’s assistant and the account owner. You opt in on primortul.com/sms.
Description: Sign-in codes you request, replies when you text Seven, reminders to follow up with contacts you saved, notices about introductions you asked for, and reminders for Tangram events you said you will attend. You opt in on tangrm.com/seven/start by entering your number next to the text consent notice, or on your Seven page by ticking the unticked text consent box. Seven usually sends a few messages a week.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through either program. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@primortul.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
