Primortul LLC (“Primortul,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website or use our products and services, including Seven by Tangram (tangrm.com/seven and textseven.com), which Primortul LLC operates.
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address when you contact us or subscribe to a product. We also collect standard usage data through analytics, including browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.
We use collected information to operate and improve our products, communicate with you, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Primortul LLC sends text messages through two programs: Primortul assistant alerts, and Seven by Tangram. We collect a mobile phone number only when you choose to opt in to receive text messages from one of them. We use that number only to send the messages you asked for and to respond to your replies.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS carrier), and only so they can deliver them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
